Half way through 1st day…

Mental Note:  (1) Drink water, drink lots of water.  It seems to be staying off hunger.  And (2) don’t think about food and don’t watch Food Network!

I am at the 1/2 way through my first day of Plan A. 

Thus far:  Cream of Wheat w/2 med. strawberries. cup of herbal tea — 1/2 Orange for snack —- lunch of 3 oz. fish and 1 cup green veggies.  Dinner will be a repeat of lunch and the afternoon snack is the other 1/2 orange. 

I’m going to starve myself to death!  Drink lots of water and think about anything but food! 

I saw the 19th miner being brought up!
